How the countdown works
Choose a clock time and a time zone. See the hours, minutes, and seconds left until that time. If the time has passed today, the target moves to tomorrow.
Midnight and daylight saving time
12 AM is midnight and 12 PM is noon. If a local clock time is skipped by a daylight saving change, we use its next real occurrence. During a repeated hour, we choose the first occurrence that is still in the future. A calendar day may be longer or shorter than 24 hours.
