How hours and days are counted
One hour is always 60 minutes, even when daylight saving time changes the clock. Days and longer units follow the calendar in your chosen time zone, so a day may be shorter or longer than 24 hours. If a date does not exist in the new month, the calculator uses that month’s last day.
